Terms and Conditions

The house is rented according to the rules of the good family man.

We also receive guests with allegies. That is why our beds are completely covered and the use of sleeping bags is prohibited. We also ask you not to bring your pets to our operation. Let them possibly be pampered in a good pet boarding house.

Our holiday homes are non-smoking. Smoking is of course possible in the garden.

WiFi is free.

Normal water and energy consumption are included in the rent.

You only hang wet towels and clothing on the provided drying racks, not on furniture.

Sort the household waste in our waste bins.

The dishes are clean (also dried with a kitchen towel). The dishwasher in holiday home Mirabelle is used with dishwasher tablets brought along and is emptied at check-out.

Final cleaning is included in our rent, but we expect the house to be left tidy.

Any damage will be fully compensated by the guests.

Payment

After your booking request has been confirmed, you will receive our payment invoice with payment instructions.

• The advance is 50% of the total amount. Payment must be made within 5 days.
• A reservation is only binding when we have received the advance.
• The balance will be settled at the latest 2 months before the start of the stay.
• For bookings less than 2 months before arrival, the total amount must be paid immediately.
• The rent amounts to be paid are before VAT (6%)

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation more than 4 months before the start of the stay: 100% refundable.
• Cancellation between 4 and 3 months before the start of the stay: 50% of the advance will be refunded.
• Cancellation between 3 months and 2 months before the start of the stay: the tenant loses the advance.
• Cancellation less than 2 months before the start of the stay: no refund of the total rent.

GDPR

Aan het Singelhof adheres to the GDPR rules. The following data is kept:

• No data is kept on this website.
• Only emails that are exchanged with info@aanhetsingelhof.be are kept in the mail program.
• An overview of the bookings and payments is kept offline.
